The Analyst Student role supports business intelligence and analytics through data preparation, reporting, data integrity, process improvement, and development of business tools and dashboards.
Discovering, preparing, organizing, and analyzing data from across the enterprise to support Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions
Ensuring data integrity in databases
Managing and analyzing reports using internal and external programs such as Salesforce, Glovia, Windchill, and Excel
Utilizing tools such as PowerBI to develop self-service reports and dashboards
Understanding the business processes and how they interact with the data
Discovering, designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using programming languages such as SQL or VBA
Assisting with quality assurance (QA) of solutions
Troubleshooting data issues with production solutions
Collaborating with others to solve problems
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree program in Math, Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Only strong academic performers will be considered and must maintain an acceptable GPA

Good oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, problem-solving skills and self-motivation
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to understand and take direction on solving complex business information problems

Ability to meet all workplace safety requirements
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

Applicants should be available to work approximately 15 hours per week (maximum of 20 hours per week) during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer
This position is open to candidates eligible to work in the U.S
Preferred
The preferred applicant will be a student registered in at least 12 credits
The preferred applicant will be in their sophomore or junior year of school
Microsoft office experience preferred
