United Airlines is seeking an Analyst for their Technical Operations Analytics team to transform operational and maintenance data into actionable insights. This role involves partnering with operational leaders to enhance aircraft reliability and performance through data-driven decision-making, while developing analytical solutions and visualizations.
Partner with Technical Operations leaders and stakeholders to identify operational and efficiency opportunities through analysis of operational, maintenance, and financial data. Apply statistical analysis and business knowledge to uncover trends, root causes, and actionable insights that improve operational and financial performance
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, forecasting tools, and analytical models that support operational decision-making across maintenance planning, supply chain, engineering, and maintenance execution
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations that improve operational reliability, labor productivity, resource planning, and overall Technical Operations performance
Prepare and deliver presentations, visualizations, and analyses to leaders and stakeholders, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights
Support continuous improvement efforts through automation, process enhancements, and standardization of reporting and analytical processes
