Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on improving lives through innovative solutions. The Analytics Application Developer will lead healthcare analytics software solutions and support product development to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Leading healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients, collaborating within an agile team of engineers and developers
Implementing enterprise scale application, and reporting solutions
Determining the design, coding, and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions
Supporting Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field AND one (1) year of experience in software development
Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight, through academic projects, internships, or early professional work
Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, Athena, Redshift, or RDS, and how they integrate with BI tools for data visualization and reporting
Strong internship or co-op experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or dashboard development, demonstrating practical application of data storytelling
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights
Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data development (e.g., Python)
Preferred
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a passion for creating clean, user-friendly dashboards that support business decision-making
Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues
Work experience with healthcare data and healthcare related security concepts
Strong communicator, possessing interpersonal skills and judgment in order to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups
Highly motivated and a self-starter
