They are seeking an Analytics Specialist to support the Engagement, Retention & Acquisition Analytics team by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing and product strategies.
Partner with stakeholders as a strategic collaborator by supporting business intelligence analyses end-to-end, providing business partners with timely, relevant insights, scenarios, and recommendations, and democratizing results via internal intelligence platforms for long-term use
Produce tangible, actionable insights and share with senior marketing and product leaders, with a focus on improving retention and lifecycle results
Build dashboards, scorecards, natural-language engines, and other self-serve solutions that enable leaders to understand and act upon data to create and iterate on various marketing tactics and product feature development
Analyze the results of A/B tests across different Audible surfaces, provide recommendations based on testing outcomes, and deep-dive into observed customer behavior to develop new hypotheses for continuous testing-and-learning
Leverage analytical methodologies to measure and present the incremental impact of marketing tactics including save offers, outbound and inbound campaigns, and product launches
Develop Amazon-scale data pipelines
Imagine and invent before the business asks, and create solutions using innovative approaches
Contribute to the growth of the Audible Insights Org by sharing and developing ideas and learning from others
Qualification
Required
Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or related field
Experience with SQL
Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau
1+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Engineer, or other occupation/role/job title involving experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or technical project management
Preferred
Master's degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or related field
2+ years of relevant technical position, or 2+ years of software development experience
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
