Responsibilities

Develop and refine datasets, reports, dashboards, models that drive strategic decision-making.
Manage project deployment pipelines, taking code from development environments to production.
Serve as a thought partner to your teammates, contributing to the team’s strong problem-solving orientation.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure your work is understood and supported across the organization.

Qualification

Required

BS in Business, Finance, Administration, or Marketing.
0-3 years industry experience desired.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages (e.g. R, Python).
Experience with data analysis packages for Python (pandas) or R (tidyverse).
Experience with machine learning packages for Python (scikit-learn) or R (tidymodels).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with code-first data dashboard frameworks (e.g., Streamlit, Shiny).
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
High level of accountability, initiative, and ownership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
