Responsibilities

Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights
Support the design and delivery of data solutions aligned with business objectives
Assist in data quality assurance and validation processes
Document findings and present insights to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in data science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (recent graduate)
Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of data governance and best practices
Internship or project experience in data analytics
