The Associate Scientist in Data Science will be a core member of the computational team, focusing on data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling to support biotherapeutic development campaigns.
Key responsibilities center on deploying, applying, evaluating, and improving tools to manage, analyze, interpret, and visualize data regarding our biotherapeutic development campaigns, in close collaboration with associated experimental teams. This will initially focus on primary data from the collaborating groups, but will expand to include curation and targeted analysis of public data relevant to our biotherapeutics.
Mastery of software development in Python is essential, as is the use of relevant analytical, statistical, scientific, and visualization packages.
Practical experience with computational and statistical methods for analysis of both small and large scale data is required. Management and analysis of data within cloud-based platforms, including use of and integration with databases, is beneficial.
Additional beneficial proficiencies include creation of end-user available tools and web portals and the use of REST APIs to access public datasets. Practical experience in machine learning or image processing and analysis is beneficial.

Required
Mastery of software development in Python is essential

An MS, or a BS with 1-2 years of experience, in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
