This role is responsible for delivering and supporting reporting and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization, performing operational data analysis, and producing ongoing and ad hoc reporting to support various teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvement, growth, and cost optimization
Aggregate, validate, and maintain data integrity while monitoring and communicating data quality or BI performance issues
Deliver ongoing and ad hoc analyses, reports, and queries to support stakeholder decision‑making
Collaborate with business partners to define, document, and standardize key metrics and reporting requirements
Responsibly leverage AI and LLM tools to enhance productivity, automation, and analytical documentation

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree required
1+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

Preferred

Experience with SQL, Power Platform, and automation tools is preferred
