Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify business needs and performance improvement opportunities
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, analytical reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Collect, transform, integrate, and analyze data from multiple information systems
Develop data models and ensure data governance, quality, and integrity
Apply data visualization best practices to facilitate understanding and decision-making
Participate in the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent agents
Identify and implement automation opportunities for operational and decision-making processes
Perform predictive analyses and studies to support strategic planning and operations
Train and support end users in the adoption of analytics tools and AI solutions
Prepare and present recommendations, analyses, and findings to various levels of the organization

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and the Microsoft data and analytics ecosystem
Strong understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agents
Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration
Experience in data modeling, data analysis, and KPI development
Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
Ability to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada **Reliability** status and **Secret Level 2/NATO Secret** security clearance
Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
