Responsibilities

Update and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial performance reports
Support enterprise dashboards and standardized reporting tools
Analyze category, brand, and customer performance to identify trends and opportunities
Support promotional effectiveness analysis, distribution gap identification, and mix diagnostics
Provide analytic support for Sales, Marketing, Category Development, and Strategy teams
Prepare charts, visuals, and summaries for commercial reviews and customer meetings
Work across syndicated data, retailer portals, and internal BI tools to ensure consistency and accuracy of insights

Qualification

Required

2–4+ years in commercial insights, category development, business intelligence, or related CPG analytics roles
Experience using syndicated (Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ) and retailer data required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
Strong Excel skills
Ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns
Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to cross-functional teams
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset
