Responsibilities

Lead high-impact analytics projects that uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (clustering, regression, NLP, deep learning, etc.).
Develop and deploy models using Python or R, leveraging tools like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Visualize and communicate insights through compelling dashboards and presentations.
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
1–3 years in a data science role with hands-on experience in analytics and modeling.
Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and SQL-based data environments.
Strong communication skills and a passion for solving real-world problems with data.
