Coforge is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze product and business data and provide insights that support product strategy and decision-making. The role supports product prioritization, advertising campaign operations, testing, reporting, issue analysis, and collaboration with business, IT, and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze product and business data to provide insights that support product strategy and decision-making
Deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis to assist with product backlog prioritization
Support product review sessions and playbacks with a focus on product performance metrics
Assist in advertising campaign management and operational support
Support campaign launches by testing customer experiences, validating URLs, and managing creative placements
Conduct product meetings and prepare product tracking and analysis reports
Communicate product progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to management and business stakeholders
Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership teams to drive product success
Review and support test plans, test scenarios, and test data preparation
Develop, document, and maintain business rules for assigned products
Investigate, triage, and analyze product issues to enhance backlog prioritization
Perform defect validation, bug testing, and root-cause research
Work effectively across multiple time zones when required
Support additional responsibilities as assigned by management to meet business needs

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Aviation Management, Communications, Marketing , or a related field
Minimum 1+ year of relevant professional experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools such as:
Cognos
Mosaic
Tableau
Power BI
Adobe Analytics
SQL
Proficiency in:
Microsoft Excel
Word
PowerPoint
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint
Rally or similar product/project management tools
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities
Ability to create and present reports and recommendations to leadership teams
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to build consensus and achieve results through teamwork
Understanding of corporate policies, operational processes, and procedures
