Foot Locker is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join the Customer Intelligence team within their Data & Analytics organization. The ideal candidate will enhance the quality of existing data products and provide actionable customer insights to the business.
Work to develop and optimize dashboards and reports to provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders
Facilitate improvements and additions to customer data through new identification requirements
Build analytics for customer identification, transactions, and stitching across systems (loyalty, e-comm, POS, CDP)
Partner with the engineering team to optimize Customer Data Platform (CDP) data structures, identity resolution logic, and audience creation
Measure omnichannel behaviors and bridge insights across in-store, and online
Perform comprehensive analysis in Adobe Analytics and other web analytics tools to extract meaningful insights
Provide actionable recommendations to business teams and Senior Leadership based on data-driven insights
Support data integrity investigations and provide feedback on appropriate fixes
Implement data validation processes and continuous monitoring to maintain high data quality standards
Deliver key findings to business teams through actionable customer insight presentations and direct engagement, resulting in improved decision making
Utilizing SQL, Power BI, Adobe Analytics and other analytical toolsets, support all organizational partners by developing an expert-level understanding of our full suite of customer and web/eCommerce analytics
Measure, report, and strategize customer metrics to support eCommerce, Retail, and Marketing campaign growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Analytics or equivalent required
2 years minimum experience writing advanced SQL queries required
Experience with data integrity and quality assurance processes are required
Understanding of Customer Analytics concepts, metrics and definitions such as customer identity, omnichannel behavior, Customer segmentation, Demand, Purchase patterns, etc., with ability to define success metrics within the context of a given business question
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
You are a self-motivated team player with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business teams
Preferred
1 year of hands-on experience in at least one analytics-oriented programming language such as Python, Scala or R is preferred
Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics a plus
Basic knowledge of statistics/statistical methods
Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
