Shiseido Americas is a prestige beauty company seeking an Analyst I, Data to support its Operations Organization through the creation, processing, maintenance, and governance of Master Data. The role validates data, manages change requests, supports SAP end-to-end testing and project integrations, and assists with budget and strategic master data initiatives.
You will create and maintain Master Data elements to include but not limited to: Finished Goods, Components, Bulk, Raw Materials and BOM’s
You will perform data validation and coordinate with relevant data owners to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and complete
You will ensure change requests are processed accurately and on time to support business needs
You will become knowledgeable on master data end to end process and impact of attributes to business operations
You will perform End to End testing and provide feedback and guidance for resolution of issues in support of FOCUS project integrations or Change Requests as needed
You will be responsible for update of any data pertaining to yearly Budget process and assist in leading strategic MIM actions within the project timeline
You may be asked to perform other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission and abide by our organization’s values
Qualification
Required
You have a bachelors degree in Supply Chain or Engineering
You have 0 - 3 years of relevant experience
You have strong Excel skills
You are a self-starter with willingness and able to challenge the data and drive the results
