Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a Balanced Scorecard for key metrics to provide operational leaders an at-a-glance view of progress
  • Create and maintain dashboard
  • Build data modeling tools to enable operational leaders to set Operational targets
  • Review large amounts of testing data from each laboratory and aggregate properly according to business unit, cluster or region
  • Load data into Power BI, present visuals and seek feedback from leadership
  • Technical Documentation to enable the replication of metrics or visuals
  • Work with leadership and lab personnel in understanding dashboards and tools
  • Data aggregation and modeling
  • Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data from multiple sources; verify its quality, accuracy and reasonableness
  • Analysis of key metrics
  • Creation of additional dashboards (as needed) to share KPIs and meaningful information
  • Working cross functionally to collect information and organize it into action-oriented and understandable reports that prepare and deliver expert level visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions
  • Support in amplifying messaging throughout the organization via message boards and newsletters
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to seek best practices
  • Participation in special projects and perform additional duties as needed

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelors degree in Data Analytics or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics through other, similar roles, internships, or significant academic projects
  • Mastery of data visualization and analytics tools like Power BI and Excel
  • Experience in predictive analytics and developing dashboards
  • Proficient in data storytelling
  • Quickly learn new processes, policies, and technologies
  • Ability to create attractive PowerPoint slides
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
