Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data management files
  • Conduct database audits to ensure compliance with equipment regulations and standards on cryogenic and test operations assets
  • Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
  • Ensure timely and accurate release of deliverables and program documents
  • Coordinate with document authors and project managers to ensure deadlines and special handling requirements are met for on-time quality delivery
  • Identify and correct usage errors and edit deliverables for location, pools, and PN/SN integrity consistency
  • Review and report on program data metrics to benchmark effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to upgrading standards and best practice guidelines
  • Perform analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Provide reports and analysis using data combined from multiple equipment Labs to uncover trends and develop key insights
  • Create and maintain program data library asset databases
  • Validate data extracted from WISETRACK, TEAMMS and vendor data systems for correctness
  • Train and assist the Operations team members in the use of different database systems
  • Perform other Calibration & Logistics duties as assigned
  • Asset management movement and tracking compliance with calibration and government property policies
  • Responsible for updating database fields associated with location and inventory information

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in technical area (BSEE or other Engineering discipline preferred) with 2 years of relevant experience (0 years with a MS)
  • Prior Experience with WISETRACK and TEAMMS database
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to navigate within a testing area and physically lift up to 35 pounds
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • Active US Government security clearance per customer's requirements

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical area with 2 years of experience working in a related field
  • Prior Experience with WISETRACK and TEAMMS database
  • Experience with Data management
  • Prior Logistics and Calibration scheduling experience
  • Experience with cryogenic test environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
