They are seeking a Data Science Analyst to support data-driven messaging strategies across their communication portfolio, providing hands-on experience in analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
Perform basic analyses of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, support campaign performance, and generate actionable learnings.
Use SQL and Python/R to extract, clean, and process data from multiple sources.
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and member engagement in real time.
Assist with A/B testing for Messaging features to evaluate impact and inform product decisions.
Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to understand business questions and support analytics solutions.
Document processes and share insights in a clear, concise format for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
Support continuous improvement of messaging campaigns through data-driven recommendations.
Contribute to the development of a scalable analytics framework for messaging as a channel.
Qualification
Required
6+ months' experience (intern experience is relevant) in analytics or programming
6+ months' experience with SQL
6+ months' experience programming with Python
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline required
Preferred
Experience building supervised and unsupervised predictive models in Python (scikit-learn, xgboost, keras)
Ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to non-technical audiences, including experience creating communication materials (e.g., memos, slide decks)
Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
Demonstrates problem-solving skills and ability to suggest improvements under guidance.
