Responsibilities

  • You’ll use your analytical skills and data science knowledge to create real-world impact
  • You’ll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle
  • You’ll develop algorithms and systems and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to help clients make informed decisions
  • Ultimately, you’ll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used

Qualification

Required

  • 2+ years of experience with data cleansing, analysis, visualization, API connections, or data mining
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing structured and unstructured data
  • 2+ years of experience working with Python, including leveraging several different libraries such as Pandas or Numpy
  • Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, or natural language processing
  • Experience using cloud data tools within AWS, Azure, or Oracle
  • Experience with visualization packages, including Plotly, Seaborn, or ggplot2
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • Experience with engineering AI solutions, including accessing Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, self-hosting LLMs, fine-tuning LLMs, or implementing Model Context Protocol
  • Experience working with the War Data Platform, USAF VAULT, or Palantir Foundry
  • Experience with distributed data and computing tools, including MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL
  • Experience writing infrastructure-as-code leveraging Terraform or a similar tool
  • Experience working with DoW clients
  • Experience developing visually compelling PowerPoint decks and other products to support client delivery
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
