Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to understand challenges and objectives
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and implement advanced statistical models to solve complex business problems
Validate and interpret model results to provide actionable recommendations
Translate business requirements into data science solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent experience
2+ years' experience in a data science or analytics team
Experience using concepts in mathematics, statistics, and technology to transform complex data into advanced analytic solutions
Demonstrated experience in creating projections, models, and presentations to support business strategy and operations
Possesses an understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across departments
Advanced in Python programming
Experience developing solutions using Databricks, Azure Synapse and/or other cloud-based computing platforms
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving, both for our MA members and our business partners

Preferred

Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
Proficiency in understanding the CMS Star Rating program, including measures within it
