Complete projects using artificial intelligence / machine learning techniques for improved customer experience, including analyzing customer sentiment, customer interactions, and customer portals.
Visualize trends using interactive dashboards.
Structure data received from customer interactions with company agents and merge this data across various communication streams to get a holistic view of customer sentiment during their interactions and provide the Total Customer Experience.
Develop and manage an interactive portal to depict the various trends and statistics of Customer Satisfaction and Agent Performance, giving the company valuable insights to improve the overall Customer Experience.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all Customer Experience matters to migrate the internal Customer Experience program into a third party solution.

Required
Masters Degree or
Bachelors Degree + 2 years experience.
