Brainstorm innovative approaches to utilize Visa’s unique data assets to address business challenges
Engage with clients to understand their specific problems and articulate how data-driven solutions can meet their needs
Design, build, and experiment with machine learning and generative AI models using various statistical and computational techniques
Apply AI-enabled tools to streamline data exploration, model development, and deployment processes
Extract meaningful insights from data to inform strategic decision-making and client recommendations
Create compelling visualizations to communicate complex analyses to diverse audiences
Identify opportunities to develop scalable products and solutions based on analytical findings for multiple clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage Visa data for driving business innovations and improvements
Mine and analyze data from company databases to optimize product offerings, marketing strategies, and business operations
Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data collection techniques
Develop custom algorithms and models to enhance predictive analytics and business outcomes
Implement processes and tools to monitor model performance and ensure data quality and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a Bachelor's Degree in statistics, computer science, economics, or related fields; a Master's degree or higher is preferred
At least 3 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years with an advanced degree
Proficiency in SQL and experience extracting and aggregating data from large datasets
Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience developing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models
Knowledge of statistical software including Python, R, or similar tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into understandable recommendations
Preferred
Experience in financial services, credit card analytics, or merchant data analysis is a plus but not mandatory
