They are seeking a Data Scientist II to join their Analytics team, where the role involves supporting statistical and machine learning model development, maintaining reporting and KPI tracking, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
Support the design, build, and validation of statistical and machine learning models that answer business questions such as consumer behavior, segmentation, and forecasting
Help maintain recurring reporting and KPI tracking — contributing to metric definitions, building data pipelines, and ensuring the numbers leadership relies on are accurate and timely
Translate scoped requests from business and finance partners into clean analyses, and help communicate results back as clear recommendations
Build and maintain dashboards and reusable tooling that make insight accessible to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-regional teams to support consistent data definitions and measurement across markets
Contribute to quarterly business reviews and other stakeholder-facing deliverables
Continuously develop your technical and analytical skills with support and mentorship from the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar), or equivalent experience
Foundational proficiency in SQL and Python (or R), including common data libraries such as pandas; internship, academic project, or early professional experience welcome
Solid grounding in core statistics and machine learning concepts
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to work with messy, real-world data end to end
Ability to communicate findings clearly and a desire to grow comfort presenting to broader audiences
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative approach to working across teams
Preferred
Exposure to consumer analytics, financial services, or payments is a plus
Familiarity with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
