Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Health Administration or similar
Experience in healthcare cost accounting principles, decision support, or financial analysis
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and business intelligence/reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Preferred

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Health Administration or equivalent field
Experience with General Ledger, StrataJazz, and Epic systems
