Polaris Inc. is a global leader in powersports, dedicated to driving change and innovation. They are seeking a Digital & Information Technology Leadership Development Program Associate in Predictive Data Science to accelerate career development through a unique two-year program that includes various IT rotations, mentorship, and hands-on experience in data science techniques.
Create recommendations for complex business decisions using a wide variety of data science techniques—from exploratory data analysis to predictive analytics.
Develop advanced end-to-end analytics and technology solutions that drive value for Polaris and its customers.
Work with Data Analysts and Modern Workplace teams to explore and interpret data, uncover insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports that communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and Data Engineers to integrate, prepare, and manage large, varied datasets.
Gain experience in data architecture, pipeline development, and the tools that support scalable data operations.
Work alongside Data Scientists to design, build, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
Contribute to production-ready solutions that enhance business performance and customer experience.
Qualification
Required
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with a graduation date between August 2025 and June 2026.
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Must be able to commit to working 40 hours per week starting on one of the following dates: January 12th, 2026 or June 15th, 2026.
Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
Must be willing to travel and relocate between sites for your rotations, as well as be mobile beyond the rotational program to support your career development.
Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting to and from the office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
Active leadership experience in student organizations and/or work experiences with interest to continue to grow your leadership skills.
Demonstrated strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.
Strong interest in long-term career development.
Preferred
Previous Internship/Co-op experience.
Previous leadership experience in work, organizations, or classroom.
