Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations; Understands how applications and technologies impact the business
Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations / modifications to streamline & simplify processes while reducing operating costs
Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions
Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology
Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions
Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations
Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed
Provide after-hour technical support as needed
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related areas (or international equivalent) required
2+ years related IT experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
Leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization
Ability to establish own priorities and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to manage projects from intake to delivery
