Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative answers to complex business and IT challenges
  • Analyze and document current processes and technologies, contributing through the delivery/integration of new solutions
  • Leverage various datasets for data analysis
  • Create executive level dashboards for operational issues
  • Build a common set of technology capabilities, planning, design, and implementation
  • Organize and coordinate work flow, manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and small projects
  • Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
  • Identify the current and future state business processes
  • Help the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future
  • Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications
  • Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
  • Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables

Qualification

Required

  • Graduating between Spring 2025 – Summer 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Education: Graduating with a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar concentration
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and computer hardware
  • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and security best practices
  • Exposure to databases and SQL
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, Java, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
