Responsibilities

Develop innovative answers to complex business and IT challenges
Analyze and document current processes and technologies, contributing through the delivery/integration of new solutions
Leverage various datasets for data analysis
Create executive level dashboards for operational issues
Build a common set of technology capabilities, planning, design, and implementation
Organize and coordinate work flow, manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and small projects
Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
Identify the current and future state business processes
Help the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future
Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications
Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables

Qualification

Required

Graduating between Spring 2025 – Summer 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Education: Graduating with a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar concentration
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and computer hardware
Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and security best practices
Exposure to databases and SQL
Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, Java, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
