Pentair is a global leader in sustainable water solutions, dedicated to improving lives through reliable access to clean water. They are seeking recent college graduates for their Engineering Leadership Development Program, which is designed to develop future engineering leaders through a three-year rotational program in various engineering disciplines, including AI and Machine Learning.

Qualification
Required
Be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning from an accredited university (preferred graduation date: Spring 2026).
Have a strong interest in pursuing the Engineering Leadership Development Program which requires annual relocation/working in locations throughout the United States upon graduation.
Have previous engineering internship or co-op experience; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
