The Health Economics Analyst will collaborate with the Health Economics, Policy & Reimbursement team to develop data-driven resources to enhance patient access and support healthcare commercialization.
Consolidate and organize data from multiple sources into a structured, relational data model
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI (or equivalent BI tools).
Translate and adapt Excel-based economic models into customer value communication software, ensuring model logic, calculations, and assumptions are accurately represented.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and visual reports.
Provide training or guidance to business users on how to navigate dashboards and interpret outputs.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 0 years of relevant experience.
Preferred
Solid understanding of data normalization, joins, and relationships between datasets.
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including the ability to identify key trends and drivers and the proven experience translating healthcare data into meaningful, concise information.
Ability to work in fast paced environment with high attention to detail
Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with value communication platforms such as BaseCase®
