Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end Tableau solutions
  • Define, track, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Perform data‑driven analysis
  • Present findings in stakeholder‑friendly formats
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration
  • Identify actionable insights and improvement opportunities

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end Tableau solutions
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot) and familiarity with advanced functions or VBA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Ability to create clear, concise reports, dashboards, and visual stories that drive decision‑making
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, marketing, operations, product, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance

Preferred

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Analytics, SAS Base, or Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role (internships or academic projects count)
  • Self‑starter with strong time‑management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and methods
  • Prior Mechanical or Electrical quality engineering experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products
  • Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and apply quality test, inspection methods and work instructions
  • Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools
  • Experience in disposition of non-conforming products

  • Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
