Colliers Parrish International, Inc. is hiring a Research Analyst to produce commercial real estate market research and analysis. The role supports advisors and clients through reporting, market tracking, research training, database management, and property and deal analysis.

Responsibilities

Compile and write industry, specialty and quarterly reports using industry experience to synthesize insightful analysis
Track market activity using internal and external resources, providing company and industry research using online and in-house resources
Assist advisors by providing research representation and expertise in client meetings
Train advisors and staff in use of research applications such as Costar, Real Capital Analytics, and proprietary database tools
Provide database management, including verification and updates on inventory, availability and comparables
Perform ad hoc queries, including property and deal analysis

0-1+ years of experience in commercial real estate, market analysis or a related field
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field)
Ability to calculate and analyze key metrics and indicators (vacancy, absorption, inventory, deliveries, cap rates, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and database software
Strong analytical skills and experience using a research database (Costar, LoopNet)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work independently or as part of a team
