ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, and they are seeking a Research Analyst to support a variety of federal and commercial survey research projects. The candidate will be involved in data collection activities and will provide technical support to survey respondents.
Provide content and technical support to survey respondents via e-mail and phone
Assist with survey documentation including data collection procedures
Participate in detailed reviews of survey data
Assist with reports and analyses as directed
Software and survey testing
Qualitative tasks such as focus group and interview note taking, recruitment, and arranging logistics
Some data entry and other administrative tasks (e.g., note taking)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in social sciences, business, statistics, economics, or a similar field
1+ year of relevant work experience
Interest in survey research and/or economics
Preferred
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, including experience speaking to people on the phone in a professional setting
Customer service experience in any type of environment (e.g., retail, service industry, medical office, human subject research)
Ability to multi-task through prioritizing and managing numerous activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team
Comfort working with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with statistical packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS) preferred
