Responsibilities

Compile, prepare, and analyze monthly SCM KPI reports
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools
Maintain and improve automated data processes for dynamic dashboards
Manage SCMIS data for the Business Unit, ensuring data integrity and handling new development requests
Develop, implement, and enhance reporting templates; train teams on data collection tools
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyses
Act as a functional analyst to monitor and evaluate metric results
Provide coaching and training to SCM teams for effective adoption of Power BI reports
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Qualification

Required

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or science, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience within Supply Chain Management
Strong expertise in Power BI and SQL; advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Practical experience in data visualization and dashboard design
