Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking an Account Manager for Customer Onboarding in their GCS Kickstart+ team. The role involves consulting with existing advertising companies to provide optimal advertising solutions and ensuring a successful onboarding experience for new customers in the digital advertising space.
Manage a new customer portfolio for a critical six-month period, focusing specifically on high-potential startups to set them up for long-term success in their digital advertising journey
Work cross-functionally with the Strategic Partnerships team who run our Venture Capital (VC) and Startup program. Deliver support to their portfolio companies
Act as a trusted consultant to help advertisers maximize their return on investment. Tailor and share performance-enhancing strategies, pitch cross-channel solutions, and promote the adoption of other Google products
Deliver against assigned customer business growth goals while prioritizing an outstanding onboarding experience and fostering a long-term strategic engine across your portfolio
Guide new customers through a critical six-month onboarding period, setting the strategic direction for their long-term scale, by blending consultative selling, product expertise, and strategic ecosystem networking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or the tech startup ecosystem
Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to engage with customers in the local market
Preferred
Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development
Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners
Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry
Experience building a book of business and securing new customers
Understanding of Google Ads products and digital marketing strategy, with a proven track record of upselling and pitching cross-channel advertising solutions
