Google is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to support Google Cloud Consulting leaders and teams. The role provides executive and administrative support, improves operational processes, coordinates meetings and events, and partners with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
Provide administrative support to leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports
Serve as a proactive, transparent, organized and trusted business partner
Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization you support
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define/improve new operational strategies
Contribute to the delta team culture and support leadership initiatives, from meetings to events to celebrations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or rmultinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)
Experience in executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning
Preferred
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion
Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various range of people and job functions
Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
