The role involves overseeing maintenance agreements, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and financial reporting.
Develop Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs), Statement of Work (SOWs), and service agreements, evaluate proposals, award contracts, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring local language support and legal compliance.
Lead annual budget creation, provide operational and capital budget estimates, and conduct variance analysis with insights.
Review budget requests, identify cost-saving opportunities, and propose solutions for financial efficiency.
Continuously track and reconcile the approved annual budget, identify accruals, and ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Collect and analyze cost data to support key performance metrics and planning.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in partner/vendor management.
Experience in accounting with a focus on managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Preferred
Experiences in finance including budgeting, forecasting, and purchase order management.
Experience with local authority requirements to ensure service and product delivery.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP, Oracle, or Sage.
Experience in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or others).
Experience in vendor management and agreement negotiation.
