As a Business Program Manager for Global Data Centers, you will lead complex projects, manage agreements related to facility systems, and ensure safety operations while coordinating with various stakeholders to meet project goals.
Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.
Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
Complete risk identification and risk assessment activities (e.g., budget, schedule, resource, technical) and mitigation plans in addition to monitoring foreseeable risk, and recording its evolution and influence on project/program objectives.
Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes, identify sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and support/promote the adoption of processes.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Preferred
Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, or process documentation.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Ability to work collaboratively on a team, be adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment, and manage competing priorities.
Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
