Responsibilities

  • Guide energy agreements through the E2E approval process, ensuring rigorous due diligence, cross-functional (XFN) vetting, and accurate financial estimates in all requests
  • Uphold data integrity within internal systems by collaborating with business stakeholders to drive timely and accurate project updates
  • Drive comprehensive reporting on the energy portfolio including unit cost analysis and monthly/quarterly executive updates to empower strategic negotiators and leadership with the insights needed to optimize agreement value and make strategic decisions
  • Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks in existing processes when applied to new product areas, developing solutions to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable commercialization
  • Manage agreement approval templates, update business process documentation, and provide ad-hoc reporting to support evolving operational needs

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management

Preferred

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience with cost benchmarking
  • Experience with executive reporting
  • Experience working with tooling
