Responsibilities

  • Help build creative solutions to challenging customer needs using Google Cloud. Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering
  • Collaborate with customers and other Googlers to manage and drive successful adoption of Google Cloud. Help develop recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services
  • Guide customers through the entire innovation lifecycle, building strategic roadmaps and driving achievement of key milestones
  • Solve customers' operational issues through problem solving and technical troubleshooting, while working with internal teams to drive resolution. Help customers get answers to product questions
  • Learn and adopt the latest AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies. Gather feedback from builders and developers in the field and share insights with Google Cloud Product and Engineering teams to help improve our developer tools

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related STEM discipline (e.g., Computer Engineering, Information Systems), or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience programming or scripting in any one of the languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++)
  • Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL), web technologies (APIs, HTTP), or cloud infrastructure through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience

Preferred

  • Experience participating in hackathons, contributing to open-source projects, or building and deploying personal applications/tools
  • Experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, vector databases, or building basic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications or simple conversational agents
  • Experience communicating technical concepts clearly to different audiences
  • Experience working in collaborative environments (such as team projects, customer service, or technical residency programs) with an ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and new technical domains
  • Strong debugging skills and familiarity with configuring developer environments (e.g., using Docker or basic Linux command line tools)
