Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Customer Engineer for UKI Startups. In this role, you will drive technical wins, engage with customers to understand their needs, and present Google Cloud solutions to help businesses digitally transform.
Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, participating in planning and supporting specific sales motions
Be active in the ecosystem through supporting and owning hackathons and startup workshops
Collaborate with Google DeepMind throughout the model lifecycle -- ranging from GTM engagements to customer meetings and, in turn, provide feedback to the model and product teams for future iteration
Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture knowledge to prove the value of Google Cloud Platform across the portfolio through complex demos, pilots, and in-depth workshops
Architect cross-pillar solutions, drive technical wins, and define initial delivery plans for customers; continue to lead the technical engagement in the solution phase
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI-related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and deploying into production
Experience with any of the coding languages, with public assets
Preferred
Experience with AI, machine learning frameworks, or data science platforms
Experience with cloud technologies
Ability to translate AI concepts into practical, business-generating solutions
