Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultative sales advisor to SMB customers and agency partners. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to align Google advertising products with their growth goals
  • Own and manage a high-volume set of accounts. Engage with clients via phone and email to identify upsell opportunities, drive product adoption, and exceed quarterly revenue and growth goals
  • Evaluate campaign performance, deliver data-driven account recommendations, and pitch advanced digital marketing strategies to business owners
  • Execute full-cycle relationship management from proactive outreach and client pitches to internal strategy building and campaign performance reviews
  • Meet and exceed individual business quotas while delivering an outstanding, high-value experience to Google's advertisers

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) sales or business development role
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales or business development through full time roles, internships, projects or academic classes
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role

Preferred

  • Certification in Google Ads
  • Experience with Google Ads and online advertising
  • Experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, or similar fields
  • Familiarity with managing a portfolio or working against assigned customer goals (e.g., business growth, customer success metrics, outreach goals, etc.)
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an interest in business and technology, and a passion for helping businesses grow online
