Google is a multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related services. As a Global Product Activation Manager for YouTube's Connected TV team, you will focus on bringing TV, Film, and Sports content to YouTube, supporting strategic business decision analysis and product launch strategies.
Work cross-functionally with Product Manager, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Scaled education, Operations and Content Partnerships teams to shape product strategy, craft go-to-market strategy, communications and readiness for new products and synthesize global market feedback.
Provide strategic insights and lead continuous product and operational excellence efforts at YouTube, working closely with Business, Product and Engineering teams.
Execute quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights including product/program data analysis, business scenario analyses, dashboarding, and deck building.
Coordinate and track progress on key programs, work streams and team-wide annual and quarterly objectives.
Partner with global, cross-functional YouTube and Google teams on YouTube Entertainment/CTV business initiatives (e.g., annual strategy, agreement execution, performance tracking).
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in an analytical role, such as management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
Preferred
Experience in the Entertainment and Sports industries.
Experience with ad-supported and subscription business models.
Project management experience in a fast-paced, self-starting environment.
Ability to communicate and influence effectively by presenting data/conclusions in a compelling way.
Excellent problem solving and investigative skills, with effective business acumen.
Excellent spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills.
