Google is a leader in cloud technology, and they are seeking a Customer Engineering Associate to help accelerate digital transformation for organizations. The role involves collaborating with sales teams, providing technical expertise, and advocating for customer requirements to enhance Google Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers and secure technical wins
Provide subject matter expertise on content delivery networks to support customers through solution briefings, product demonstrations, and bid responses
Recommend optimal integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution on Google Cloud
Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations directly within customer and partner environments to prove solution viability and value
Advocate for customer requirements by partnering with internal product management and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and prioritize solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Customer Engineer-related occupation
1 year of experience in Cloud native and hybrid architecture design including on-premise to cloud migration
1 year of experience in application of public cloud platform technologies such as AWS, or Azure
1 year of experience in technical presentation delivery or technical solution demonstration
1 year of experience in analysis of customer business objectives or business requirements analysis
1 year of experience in edge computing development including Web Assembly or serverless functions
