Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of EHS programs, which may extend beyond your immediate team, driving impactful operational and technical improvements
  • Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and identify needs to develop or improve EHS Operation tools/processes. Evaluate incident data and track corrective actions
  • Evaluate EHS impact during data center design reviews, equipment, and process changes. Perform EHS risk evaluations and define process controls for new processes
  • Ensure comprehensive Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) compliance, manage permits/KPIs. Provide site ownership and drive EHS turn-up of new locations with little supervision, demonstrating complete campus EHS ownership
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, managing dependencies. Own site-based EHS decision-making and serve as a recognized SME in multiple EHS verticals

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 year of experience in program or project management
  • Experience in data center program management and general program management for multi-disciplinary initiatives

Preferred

  • Credentials or certifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, NEBOSH or equivalent agency
  • Experience communicating with AHJ's (Federal, State, and Local Authorities) for notifications and permit conformance. Data Centers or electrical safety experience
  • Understanding of environmental regulations and a proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ability to advise, coach, influence, and collaborate with employees to achieve positive EHS outcomes
  • Advanced skills in collaboration, project management, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong background in safety and health protection, with specific expertise in electrical safety
