Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and engagement managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure, first-party data management strategy, and pain points
  • Lead in-depth technical assessment/consultation sessions to uncover opportunities where bespoke solutions are required, ensuring solutions respect industry-specific data constraints and business cycles
  • Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs, considering scalability, reusability, and best practices as well as a clear path to media activation
  • Provide technical-product oversight during the implementation phase, ensuring the engineering build remains aligned with the original customer strategy, while delegating base code-level and system-building decisions to the Engineering team
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional gTech teams (e.g., Engineering teams, Solution Experts, Measurement Experts) to orchestrate bundled service delivery and ensure seamless customer outcomes

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting
  • Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python)

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Google Marketing Platforms (e.g., SA360, DV360, GA360), or Google Cloud services
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to develop proof-of-concept or prototype applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
