Responsibilities

  • Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners and creators
  • Define and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, including communication documents, experiments, trusted tester programs and quarterly forecasting
  • Achieve operational excellence by setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), driving annual business planning and managing key programs
  • Collaborate with global and regional Business and Product Management teams to deliver business outcomes and product adoption goals
  • Lead cross-functional projects under tight deadlines in a change-oriented environment

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of management consulting, investment banking, business strategy and operations, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience with spreadsheet modeling (agreement structures, detailed scenario forecasting, program performance tracking, market sizings, SQL, etc.)
  • 2 years of experience in presentation (i.e., owning content outline, slide creation, data visualization, and delivery to executive audiences)

Preferred

  • 2 years of management consulting, investment banking or go-to-market strategy and operations in media and consumer technology
  • Experience managing projects across multiple functions and product areas with effective project management skills
  • Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem including its viewers, creators, advertisers and products
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills with effective business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable insights for product development and translate complex offerings for users
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, attention to detail and cross-functional co-ordination skills
