YouTube is a platform that empowers individuals to share their stories and connect with others. The Product GTM StratOps Manager will be responsible for driving business strategy for YouTube products, defining and executing Go-to-Market plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve product adoption goals.
Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners and creators
Define and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, including communication documents, experiments, trusted tester programs and quarterly forecasting
Achieve operational excellence by setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), driving annual business planning and managing key programs
Collaborate with global and regional Business and Product Management teams to deliver business outcomes and product adoption goals
Lead cross-functional projects under tight deadlines in a change-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of management consulting, investment banking, business strategy and operations, or equivalent experience
2 years of experience with spreadsheet modeling (agreement structures, detailed scenario forecasting, program performance tracking, market sizings, SQL, etc.)
2 years of experience in presentation (i.e., owning content outline, slide creation, data visualization, and delivery to executive audiences)
Preferred
5 years of experience in advanced problem solving and project management
Experience working with the YouTube ecosystem, Creator Economy (viewers, creators, advertisers), or Music/Media landscape
Distinctive analytical skills, and impeccable business judgment
Excellent communication skills
Investigative mindset, strong strategic thinking, clear communication, operational accuracy, attention to detail and cross-functional coordination skills
Track record working with product managers, other cross-functional stakeholders, the creator economy, or the tech industry
