As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.
Establish phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address improvement including resource stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including near and long-term objectives.
Establish and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies.
Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC).
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with generative AI.
Knowledge of the Learning and Education space.
Understanding of product/technology building relationships, growing and supporting teams to achieve broader organizational goals.
