Google is a leading technology company that builds products to create opportunities for everyone. As a Program Manager, you will lead complex projects, coordinating with stakeholders to manage schedules, identify risks, and ensure clear communication across teams.
Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors. Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of resources needed to perform maintenance activities
Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program
Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules
Manage the process of launching our CMMS and work management processes at the site level to be used in the daily operation of the data center
Collaborate with other site planners to implement global best practices that optimize maintenance programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience in program or project management
Experience in controls, electrical, or mechanical
Preferred
Demonstrated experience as a facilities/operations manager or chief engineer within a critical facility
Extensive experience in critical facilities management or operations management, encompassing facility, operations, technical, and team leadership
