Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive program controls plans, including cost, schedule, and risk management, across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Manage and track a portfolio of project costs, schedules, and risks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and providing guidance to mitigate risks.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, measure portfolio performance, and provide insightful conclusions to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and direction to Regional Project teams and stakeholders on program parameters, expectations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Program Management, specifically related to project controls (cost, schedule, contractual) for capital expenditure programs and analysis.
  • 2 years of experience in Risk Management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks in multi-stakeholder projects.
  • 2 years of experience with construction and financial tooling platforms (eBuilder, SAP, P6, Primavera, etc.).

Preferred

  • Experience in Network Operations or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Experience with P6 Primavera.
  • Expertise in managing programs and stakeholders within a complex, matrixed organization, particularly within Data Center Program Management.
  • Knowledge of Construction Management and experience with operational implementations across multiple sites/locations.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, program teams, and operations personnel.
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and draw insightful conclusions from multiple data sources.
