Responsibilities

  • Support/advise Finance partners from cross-functional teams on requests for data and business sensitive metrics and ensure Finance leadership teams are consulted on strategy/usage.
  • Maintain information on all requests, including status, next steps, risks, and other metrics, to provide regular reporting, and leverage and enhance tools/processes to refine, document, and monitor requests.
  • Mobilize appropriate Finance and cross-functional teams (e.g., Product and Corporate, Product and International Controllership, Data Analytics, IR and External Reporting, Economics) to compile information in the required time-frame, leveraging submissions or other off-the-shelf work products.
  • Coordinate Finance, Legal, and leadership to ensure appropriate approvals are received prior to releasing financial data by resolving tests, questions, or requests for additional information.
  • Ensure submissions are archived appropriately for future leverage and usage consistency.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in management consulting or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company, involving risk, compliance, regulatory, or related functions.
  • Experience with process orientation, project management techniques, and methodologies.

Preferred

  • MBA or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in Accounting/Finance or with financial systems and processes, including Securities and Exchange Commission filings/financial statements.
  • Ability to influence across all levels and functions of the organization.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple projects, and manage multiple teams simultaneously in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
